How to Make a Request Information

We recommend using Furngio for a faster process. You have two options:

Option 1: Submit via Furngio System

  1. Log in to the Furngio system.
  2. Click “Service Request” and select “Request Information.”
  3. Input all necessary information, such as your postal code (to confirm service availability) and any other details we need.
  4. Enter your Customer ID in the “Customer ID” field—this is essential for tracking your file status and creating a future work order.
  5. Upload detailed photos showing an overview of the item and any damaged areas.

Option 2: Submit via Email

  1. Send us an email with the following details:
    • Customer ID (important for tracking your request)
    • Postal code (to verify service coverage)
    • Detailed photos showing an overview and damaged areas
  2. Once we receive your email, we will create an information request file in Furngio and upload your details for processing.
  3. After processing, you’ll receive an email containing the requested information.
