How to Upload a Work Order After an Information Request

Creating a work order like normal will NOT link it to previous request details like photos and quotations. Follow these steps to ensure all information stays connected.

1. Locate the Information Request File

You can find the request file in two ways:

A. Via Email

  • Search for the tracking # in your email.
  • Look for an email with the subject format:
    “Information Request – [Your Tracking #] ATTN: [Agent Name]”
  • Open the email and click “Review Solution Here” to access the details page.

B. Via System Login

  • Open your web browser and go to Furnigo’s login page.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click Login to access your dashboard.
  • Once logged in, search using the tracking # as a keyword.
  • Locate the request information file on the left.
  • In the Action column, click the three-dot icon to open the details page.

2. Create a Work Order

  • On the details page, click the “Create Work Order” button at the bottom.
  • You will have three options to create a work order:
    • Upload
    • Input
    • Email

Following these steps ensures all relevant details remain linked to the work order for accurate processing.
