How to Use Agent Time Clock

1) Log in first

  • Log in to the company website with your agent account.
  • After logging in, click Agent Time Clock in the top menu to open the time clock page.

2) Clock In (start working)

  • When you begin work, click Clock In.
  • The system will:
    • Set your status to “Clocked in (working)”
    • Record your Time In
    • Create a new shift in Today Shifts

⚠️ You cannot clock in again until you clock out.

3) Break time

  • Select the correct Break Minutes (0 / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60).
  • Click Update Break.

Break time must reflect your real break time for payroll accuracy.

4) Clock Out (finish a shift)

  • When you stop working (lunch break, end of shift, or end of day), click Clock Out.
  • Your shift will be closed and hours will be calculated automatically.

5) Multiple shifts in one day

This system supports multiple shifts per day.

Example:

  • Morning shift → Clock In → Clock Out
  • Afternoon shift → Clock In → Clock Out

Repeat the same steps each time you return to work.

6) Notes (IMPORTANT)

Use the Notes box to explain anything unusual about your shift, including:

  • Leaving work earlier than scheduled
  • Overtime (staying later than scheduled)
  • Schedule changes
  • Technical issues or system problems
  • Any situation the company should be aware of

After writing your note, click Update Note to save it.

⚠️ Notes are required when:

  • You leave early
  • You work overtime
  • Your shift is different from the normal schedule

7) Check your hours

  • Worked Today (total) shows your total hours for the day.
  • My Time Records lets you select a date range and view your history and total hours.

Important rules

  • Always Clock In when you start working and Clock Out when you stop.
  • Do not leave an open shift overnight.
  • Do not create or modify times without permission.
  • If you forget to clock in/out or make a mistake, notify your manager immediately.
